What you'll do

• Manage capital upgrade projects from design through implementation
• lead project managers, coordinators, and project controls staff
• define scope and success criteria
• coordinate engineering, licensing, operations, EPC partners, and OEMs
• oversee budgets and resource plans
• manage contractor workforce
• address technical, regulatory, and execution risks
• report status and milestones to leadership.
