What you'll do

• Maintain records and results for referral and conversion activity
• assess inquiries when necessary and respond to referral sources according to protocol
• communicate admission decisions and support a positive experience for customers and families
• oversee pre-admission room checks and referral processing
• inform staff of incoming admissions
• ensure referral turnaround follows organizational standards
• direct admission coordinator and concierge activities to ensure accurate documentation and processing
• follow up on pending referrals with the Marketing Liaison
• provide admissions and customer service training
• develop backup tour procedures with the Administrator
• support feedback, performance appraisals, and staff coaching and development.
