What you'll do

• Represent low-income clients in family matters including divorce, custody, protective orders, and child support
• interview clients and witnesses
• research law, gather evidence, advise clients, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court or before agencies. Manage litigation and advocacy caseloads, conduct outreach and legal education, collaborate with community partners, attend evening clinics as needed, and supervise assigned support staff or volunteers.
