What you'll do

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents
• monitor and document changes in condition
• respond to resident call bells
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and resident activities
• observe and document medication administration using the medication observation record and Six Rights
• report concerns to nursing staff
• restock medication carts
• count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse
• record vital signs.
