What you'll do

• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• oversee special cleaning projects
• respond to guest requests and concerns
• support housekeeping staff and new-hire orientation
• ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, health standards, and procedures
• complete housekeeping tasks and clean rooms as needed
• oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control
• report maintenance issues
• coordinate with front office and maintenance teams
• manage lost and found.
