Job overview

The Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite at South Shore Autism Center’s clinic in West Bridgewater, MA. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. The position supports children receiving autism services through the center’s early childhood program and social skills groups. The role delivers Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to help children with autism develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Working under BCBA supervision, the technician follows individualized plans, records session data and notes, and reports clinical or family concerns.

What you'll do

• Provide direct services to clients ages 2–13
• implement ABA instructional programming and supervising BCBA plans
• engage with clients during sessions
• collect data and complete session notes
• communicate concerns to the BCBA and professionally with families and colleagues
• participate in Safety Care training, clinical and staff meetings, and professional development.
