What you'll do

• Operate the dish machine and cleaning supplies
• wash, sanitize, and dry kitchen utensils, equipment, and other items
• return and restock items
• maintain dishwashing machinery and report issues
• monitor cleaning supplies
• assist with back-of-house and restroom cleanliness
• empty garbage and maintain garbage areas
• follow safety and sanitation procedures.
