It supports safe, timely, high-quality project delivery by coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining schedules and jobsite organization, and assisting with inspections and closeout.

What you'll do

• Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations on luxury custom-home projects
• coordinate with subcontractors on safe, efficient, scheduled work
• monitor progress and craftsmanship
• help maintain schedules and identify potential delays
• conduct site walks to check work against plans and specifications
• assist with deliveries and jobsite logistics
• maintain a clean, organized, safe site and enforce safety policies
• participate in meetings with homeowners, architects, and trade partners as needed
• assist with inspections, punch lists, closeout, reports, and progress photos.
