What you'll do

• Coordinate plans for each resident’s care in accordance with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies
• communicate policies and procedures to nursing staff and monitor implementation
• participate in admissions decisions and, as needed, visit prospective residents
• attend daily and weekly management meetings about resident status, census, personnel, and concerns
• support compassionate, quality care and adequate staffing
• assume clinical operations in the Director of Nursing’s absence.
