The Instruments and Controls (I&C) Electrical Engineer position is an onsite role based in German Valley, IL. Compensation is specified as $92,700 to $114,000 per year for mid-level candidates, and this role supports the Byron Clean Energy facility. This role exists to perform engineering and technical tasks under direct supervision in support of nuclear plant operations. The engineer ensures all products align with safety analyses, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Assure all engineering products prepared are in accordance with applicable safety analyses, industry codes, and all regulatory requirements.
• Perform engineering and technical tasks as assigned by supervision.
• Support engineering work functions.
• All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage, Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)
