What you'll do

• Assist with planning and facilitating daily activities primarily for memory care residents and also for assisted living
• support individualized and dementia-friendly programming
• encourage social connection, cognitive stimulation, movement, and emotional well-being
• build relationships with residents and families
• assist with events, celebrations, outings, and community programs
• collaborate with team members.
