Service Manager

What you'll do

• Lead daily electrical service operations
• oversee estimating, bidding, design-build proposals, and project planning
• manage projects from award through closeout, including scheduling, purchasing, billing, and change orders
• monitor profitability, labor productivity, budgets, and job performance
• review and approve estimates within authorized limits
• coordinate procurement, subcontractors, equipment, and resources
• coach field personnel
• ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• visit job sites
• develop customer and contractor relationships
• identify business opportunities
• collaborate on operational planning and performance improvement.
