Maintenance Technician — Hambright Junction

What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders within 24 to 48 hours
• diagnose problems and make repairs under established policies and safety standards
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• track maintenance supplies and report reorder needs
• document service requests
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• inspect contractor work periodically as needed
• attend safety meetings and report incidents
• conduct property inspections and communicate physical needs to management.
