What you'll do
- Provide direct patient care, manage acute and chronic illnesses, lead care teams, coordinate care for homebound patients, participate in center management, and recruit patients and providers.
- Supervises Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs).
What we're looking for
- Education
- MD or DO
- Experience
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required. Board certification preferred, Board Eligibility required. Must have a current DEA number. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within first 90 days.
