What you'll do

• Prepare meals using steamers, ovens, and deep fryers
• cook quantities according to menus and expected service
• handle products safely and maintain sanitation, freshness, and quality
• slice deli meats and cheeses
• fill and rotate hot cases and displays
• maintain refrigeration and date-code products
• receive and store products
• close and clean kitchen stations, dishes, cases, ovens, and fryers
• assist with ordering, merchandising, pricing, product development, and employee training
• follow store and department policies.
