What you'll do

• Prepare HVAC and plumbing estimates from plans, specifications, and site conditions
• perform takeoffs and analyze residential and light-commercial project scope
• identify scope gaps, inconsistencies, and cost risks
• develop labor, material, and equipment budgets
• prepare proposals with the sales team
• assist with value engineering and scope clarification
• coordinate with project managers and field staff
• maintain bid records
• solicit vendor pricing and maintain supplier relationships.
