Landscape Division Driver

The Landscape Division Driver role is onsite in Johns Island, SC. Pay is $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience. The driver supports Brownswood Nursery’s Landscape Division, transporting plants, materials, and equipment to project sites throughout the Charleston area. The role keeps landscape projects supplied and on schedule through safe deliveries, careful load handling, vehicle inspections, and coordination with landscape leaders and crews. When not driving, the driver assists with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and other project tasks, while representing the company professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.

What you'll do

• Operate company vehicles and trailers appropriate to license and qualifications
• transport plants, landscape materials, tools, and equipment
• coordinate deliveries and pickups with landscape leaders and crews
• load, secure, transport, and unload materials
• verify loads and report shortages, damage, or delivery concerns
• perform vehicle inspections, keep vehicles clean, and report maintenance needs
• follow safety and transportation requirements
• assist crews with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup when not driving.
