What you'll do

• Collect and maintain patient dietary information

• coordinate special diets and nutritional supplements
• monitor food quality, portions, temperatures, meal acceptance, and plate waste
• communicate residents’ dietary requirements to dietitians, nursing staff, and food service teams
• assist with meal distribution and special dietary needs.
