Technical Program Manager, Data Centers

The Technical Program Manager, Data Centers role is onsite in San Francisco, CA; the company will also consider exceptional applicants in other markets. Compensation is $150,000–$250,000 per year. The role supports Crane Data Centers’ construction and delivery initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. The position coordinates cross-functional programs, partners, and processes to deliver data center capacity to customers. It contributes to company goals by overseeing project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and sustainability, while communicating risks and aligning teams around shared priorities.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee projects in the new-build data center portfolio
• ensure due diligence, design, construction, and applicable operations work meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals
• create and manage portfolio processes and programs
• develop cross-functional relationships and teams
• use KPIs and business goals to drive outcomes
• manage shared resources and competing priorities
• communicate risks and mitigation plans
• support partner evaluation and selection
• implement tools for reporting and tracking
• work with leadership on company goals and priorities.
