What you'll do

• Configure benefit administration platforms with plans, rates, and documents
• liaise among employee benefit brokers, carriers, HR teams, and platform providers
• answer system questions
• assist with system implementation, maintenance, and carrier and payroll integrations
• review benefit plans and recommend technology-based efficiency improvements
• update platform documents, employee information, and plan information.
