What you'll do

• Plan machining from work orders, blueprints, and specifications
• program and set up mills and lathes
• load stock
• verify settings and sample parts
• measure and maintain tolerances
• troubleshoot and adjust processes
• replace or sharpen worn tools
• follow quality and safety procedures
• perform preventive maintenance
• document and communicate work across shifts.
