Senior Manager, Application Security

The Senior Manager, Application Security role is onsite full-time in American Fork, UT. Compensation is not specified. The role supports LVT's product and engineering teams across its physical and digital architecture. This player-coach role exists to lead application security while enabling fast, secure product development. It builds security practices into engineering workflows, develops the security team and champions program, and helps protect LVT's cloud platform, devices, analytics, and customer trust.

What you'll do

• Manage and mentor application security engineers
• hire and onboard 1–2 security engineers
• launch a Security Champions program
• set product security architecture and standards across cloud, APIs, mobile, computer vision, and edge firmware
• partner with engineering on design and planning
• scale threat modeling
• define tenant isolation controls
• automate security in CI/CD
• support edge, firmware, and AI/ML security
• create engineering evidence for compliance
• oversee vulnerability intake, disclosure, and product security incident response.
