What you'll do

• Prepare buffet breakfasts, afternoon cheese boards and bites, and signature cookies
• plan weekly menus based on expected guests, seasonal availability, budget, and waste reduction
• maintain kitchen sanitation and safety
• clean kitchen and food-service areas
• set up and clean the breakfast buffet
• order, unpack, and organize inventory
• communicate large purchase needs to the Hotel Manager
• assist guests
• coordinate special food requirements and breakfast-in-bed requests with Front Desk and Housekeeping.
