What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• guide registration, issue unit keys, and provide resort and local attraction information
• process cash and credit card transactions
• balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks
• complete checkout and verify guest folio charges and credits
• reserve and confirm individual or group reservations
• provide room-rate quotes
• respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
