Lead Teller

What you'll do

• Perform and coach accurate teller functions
• troubleshoot complex client servicing issues
• listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker
• use financial wellness tools to support client goals
• attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
• follow compliance, audit, and security procedures and balance the cash drawer
• manage teller-line scheduling and staffing issues
• observe and coach tellers
• guide branch staff on operational and regulatory procedures
• maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies
• support onboarding and training of new tellers
• work Saturdays as directed by management.
