What you'll do

• Oversee daily department operations and provide leadership, education, coaching, and accountability to MDS team members
• coordinate interdisciplinary assessments and collaboration across nursing, therapy, dietary, and social services
• ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of federal and state assessment tools
• manage MDS documentation and electronic submissions
• process resident records into electronic medical records
• perform RN duties if needed.

Why this role
