What you'll do

• Manage and grow the Target business
• serve as primary relationship lead with Target merchants, buyers, and stakeholders
• develop and execute the annual joint business plan
• monitor performance and competitive trends
• lead line reviews, assortment expansion, pricing, promotions, and negotiations
• secure and execute in-store features and merchandising programs
• manage trade spend
• own account forecasting and coordinate inventory planning
• partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, brokers, and field teams.
