Maintenance Supervisor — Student Housing

The Maintenance Supervisor works onsite in Starkville, MS, for $27–$30 per hour. Yugo operates student housing communities designed to support student living and success. What you'll do

• Supervise daily maintenance operations
• lead the maintenance team and work-order completion
• inspect apartments, common areas, equipment, and grounds
• coordinate repairs and projects with property leadership
• oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and structural repairs
• manage vendors, supplies, and inventory
• maintain schedules and monitor productivity and costs
• respond to emergencies and participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed
• support safety programs and compliance.

Why this role
