What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to GM and dealership standards
• inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or safety concerns
• document diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations
• communicate with service advisors
• road-test vehicles
• coordinate with the Parts Department
• use TruVideo to document inspections and explain recommendations
• maintain quality, vehicle cleanliness, safety, and an organized work area
• complete manufacturer training.
