What you'll do

• Work insurance denials and requests for information
• verify insurance for surgical emergency room face sheets and billing
• update insurance information, including auto coverage
• process returned patient statements
• reverse and repost skilled nursing facility charges
• move patient credits
• scan refund and payment batches
• assist with assigned special projects and cross-train to cover department staff as needed.
