Lead Sales Associate

The Lead Sales Associate role is onsite in Honolulu, HI, with pay of $18 per hour. The role assists the Retail Store Manager with daily store operations, supporting staff, customers, and sales goals. It helps maintain an organized sales floor, reliable inventory and cash handling, and a safe environment while supporting donation and production operations as needed.

What you'll do

• Assign duties and schedule shifts and breaks
• ensure floor coverage
• train and supervise staff
• order and inspect merchandise, supplies, and equipment
• track deliveries and report discrepancies
• prepare sales and inventory reports
• ensure accurate sales and cash handling
• address customer complaints, returns, and service issues
• assist with complex sales
• support donation and production operations as needed
• maintain a safe work environment.
