What you'll do

• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and craft activities
• determine construction methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules
• coordinate work across crafts, departments, and contractors
• identify and document potential change orders
• maintain relationships with project teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
• conduct weekly safety meetings
• plan and coordinate onsite functions
• arrange material take-offs and timely ordering
• oversee quality installation of hydronic, gas, and steam piping
• manage production, schedules, costs, procurement, quality, and safety
• coordinate with engineering, estimating, quality control, and project teams
• resolve construction and productivity issues and implement corrective actions.
