Bilingual Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals, explain community features, and show units
• collect rents, pay bills, forecast requirements, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective action
• investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• enforce occupancy rules
• inspect vacant units and complete repairs
• plan renovations and contract for landscaping and snow removal
• maintain security devices and procedures and respond to emergencies
• prepare reports
• negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
