After-School Site Manager, Out-of-School Program

What you'll do

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach program staff
• coordinate academic, enrichment, STEM, arts, and recreation activities
• manage student arrival, attendance, transitions, dismissal, and authorized pickup
• maintain records, schedules, supplies, and inventory
• ensure policies and safety expectations are followed
• communicate with families, school administrators, and community partners
• monitor program data and documentation
• support positive student behavior.
