What you'll do

• Develop business strategy with the Chief Executive Officer and guide tactical plans
• lead direct reports and promote collaboration across engineering, program management, and manufacturing
• assess organizational footprint and drive efficiency, quality, and customer-service improvements
• manage manufacturing and maintenance business plans, budgets, production and quality standards, and cost controls
• coordinate production resources and suppliers
• resolve operational and manufacturing problems
• develop customer relationships and sales opportunities
• oversee staffing, training, and compliance.
