What you'll do

• Prepare and execute menu items to chef specifications using fresh, seasonal ingredients and traditional Italian techniques
• execute dishes consistently and accurately during service
• maintain knife skills and work with fresh, raw ingredients
• keep the station clean, organized, and prepared in accordance with health, safety, and HACCP standards
• store, label, and handle ingredients to maintain quality and minimize waste
• support opening and closing procedures as assigned
• collaborate with the culinary team on service flow
• communicate prep needs or shortages
• participate in menu development, tastings, and specials as directed.
