What you'll do

• Coordinate with project managers and directors to determine monthly invoice costs
• prepare client invoices according to company procedures and contract terms
• review new project contracts and set up invoicing templates
• record invoices in the accounting system
• reconcile subcontractor billings and cash receipt variances
• monitor cash receipts against subcontractor billing
• ensure monthly billing and related postings are complete and accurate
• assist with aging invoice follow-up
• monitor project financial metrics
• assist with billing and cash collection forecasts.
