What you'll do

• Provide direct care and specialized support
• assist with meals, medication administration, and transportation
• promote independence and community participation
• participate in Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans
• observe and report changes
• complete shift documentation
• perform household tasks as needed
• attend required training and meetings.
