The Housing Co-Coordinator — Housing Programs role is onsite in Nome, AK. Compensation is $25–$28 per hour. Nome Community Center’s mission is to enhance quality of life in the Bering Strait Region through programming for elders, families, and youth. The role coordinates housing and homelessness programs, combining program operations, grant administration, community collaboration, and direct participant support. Its purpose is to help prevent and end homelessness and support individuals and families in maintaining stable housing.

What you'll do

• Collect and analyze program data and complete reports
• maintain HMIS records and use Coordinated Entry protocols
• follow up with participants and coordinate service providers
• support Individual Success Plans and connect participants to resources
• coordinate housing placements and supportive services
• monitor program participation, collect occupancy charges, and maintain confidential records.
