What you'll do

• Provide reporting for national and regional vending and office coffee clients
• maintain site, machine, and commission-rate information to support accurate contract-compliant reporting
• complete ad hoc analysis
• analyze and organize operational procedures including bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts receivable/payable
• use software applications to support productivity
• develop workflow resources
• establish correspondence procedures
• manage records retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal.
