• Own the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition through membership
• lead website and landing-page conversion strategy and execution
• develop offer strategy and testing
• build quiz and personalization pathways
• manage lifecycle programs for interested prospects who do not immediately become members
• create and prioritize an experimentation roadmap
• measure results and apply learnings
• and work with Growth, Product, Brand, Creative, and other teams.
