What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize flatware, glassware, and china
• maintain the dishwashing area to health standards
• keep work, food-storage, and garbage areas clean and safe
• remove trash and maintain exterior trash areas
• handle dishes carefully and assist with inventory and supplies
• follow health and food-industry standards
• and help with prep or other tasks as needed.
