What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with restaurant objectives and overall store operations
• assign, direct, and follow up on team activities
• carry out opening and closing procedures
• train and coach team members
• reinforce food safety and sanitation
• monitor product quality, food preparation, labor usage, cash controls, inventory, and scheduling
• support compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• interact positively with customers.
