• Lead regional Civil/Site division operations and business development
• work with the Division Director on growth strategies, process improvements, performance management, and strategic initiatives

• mentor and develop design staff
• support employee performance and career development
• and maintain client relationships. The posting requires 20 or more years in consulting engineering, at least five years managing projects, clients, and staff, and a professional engineer license.
