This accountant handles payroll-related general ledger entries, accruals, and reconciliations, along with allocations, banking requests, debt and lease schedules, and reporting support. Accurate records and process documentation help the payroll and accounting team maintain reliable financial operations.

What you'll do

• Post payroll, benefits, and tax entries to the General Ledger
• prepare monthly payroll accruals
• reconcile payroll accounts, liabilities, and benefits to vendor invoices
• calculate employee bonuses
• allocate shared expenses across departments
• support payroll data integration
• process banking requests
• update debt and lease schedules
• assist the Senior Accountant with reporting and projects
• document payroll and accounting processes.
