Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Benson, NC, with a stated salary range of $90,000–$110,000 per year. Astra ABA provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across home, school, and remote settings throughout North Carolina. The BCBA oversees a client caseload and supports clinical progress by assessing behavior, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with families and other providers. The role also maintains clinical documentation and ensures services meet ethical, insurance, and authorization requirements.

What you'll do

• Conduct and oversee behavioral assessments
• develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans
• supervise, mentor, and train RBTs, BTs, and clinical staff
• educate and communicate with families about client progress
• analyze clinical data and adjust treatment
• coordinate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
• maintain documentation and comply with insurance, authorization, and BACB ethical standards
• travel locally as needed across home, school, and community settings.
