What you'll do

• Manage and mentor a team of 10+ survey professionals
• develop advanced geospatial capabilities
• lead adoption of digital twin methods, UAV operations, point-cloud processing, LiDAR, and 3D scanning
• review survey methods and deliverables
• oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, and field crew deployment
• support proposals, client relationships, and business development
• verify safety and licensing compliance.
