What you'll do

• Manage weekly office payroll and oversee union field payroll
• calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, commissions, and allowances
• administer payroll onboarding and offboarding
• maintain records and payroll tax payments
• prepare union reports and payments
• manage certified payroll and labor reporting
• file payroll tax reports and distribute W-2s
• supervise and train payroll staff
• improve policies and controls
• analyze payroll reports
• and coordinate benefit deductions and reconciliations.
