What you'll do

• Lead capture strategy, governance, and operating model
• oversee strategic pursuits and proposal development
• support bid/no-bid, ROM, proposal, and investment decisions
• ensure awarded programs have documented baselines and assumptions
• coordinate with business area leaders and cross-functional teams
• manage Advanced Systems Managers
• maintain the capture opportunity database and monthly forecast
• track budgets, resources, risks, win probability, and milestones.
