Resident Coordinator — Affordable Housing

The coordinator serves as a first point of contact for residents and an operational support anchor for the onsite team, supporting leasing, move-ins, recertifications, records, and resident communications while developing toward property management leadership.

What you'll do

• Respond to residents and support a welcoming community
• maintain resident files and Yardi CRM records
• track work orders, renewals, and notices
• support leasing, move-ins, and recertifications
• walk the property and report issues
• coordinate with maintenance, compliance, and leadership
• take on progressive responsibilities toward Assistant Business Manager.
